If anyone commits the following acts, he shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act:-
(a) if an act contrary to sub-section (3) of section 4,
(b) If the employer discriminates contrary to section 6, except in accordance with the prevailing law,
(c) if dismissed by the employer contrary to section 7,
(d) If a false statement is submitted to obtain unemployment assistance or subsistence allowance under this Act,
(e) If the unemployment assistance amount is used elsewhere without using it for the purpose for which it was taken.
